Who We Are
Careon Home Care was formed by a team of registered nurses who have hospital and managed healthcare experience with commercial insurers, Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE and Veteran services. Our team consists of registered nurses who are certified case managers (CCM) and other team members who have extensive experience coordinating and providing care and support services for our clients. Our team is also composed of veterans, spouses, parents, dependents and others who understand the needs of the communities we serve, because we live in the communities we serve.
Careon’s goal is to assist clients to remain in the least restrictive settings, such as their homes and communities, by supplying in-home care and support services. We accomplish this goal by ensuring all services and supports are individualized for each client.
